BAND BIOG 
DREAM CITY FILM CLUB for a glorious year or so were your best seedy back street experience, you just had to remember to wash your hands afterwards - yet another band who emerged from the ever productive, ever colourful, ever contradictory London Underground - their first releases were on ORG, they went on to deal their low slung filth with Beggars Banquet. Three albums emerged via Beggars - they stripped down to a three piece, less of the Bauhaus edge, more of The Stooges and The Bad Seeds and of course plenty of that X factor they've always had in abundance - and then they exploded completely in a truck load of fist fights and mutual loathing of each other. Though really The Film Club were always Michael J. Sheedy's personal vehicle and he continues to record (and released consistantly ecellent solo albums as a solo artist 

Michael returned to ORG with a new band called SAINT SILAS INTERCESSION in 2003/4
